The capsule is spacious and comfortable, but noise from other guests disrupted my sleep. Enjoyed the amazing onsen and free snacks!

The amenities were impressive, especially the
onsen, which provided a luxurious experience complete with toiletries and a serene atmosphere. While the shared facilities were generally well-maintained, the check-in time at 5 PM felt somewhat late. The staff was accommodating, storing bags for early arrivals.

Absolutely loved the spacious cabins and the incredible public bath! The cozy lounge with snacks and tea was a delightful touch to relax after exploring.
However, trying to sleep with the heat cranked up felt like a sauna retreat gone wrong. Plus, I guess I'll never be a serious sleeper with Mr Snore-a-lot nearby!

The place stands out for its incredible facilities, especially for women, offering items like cleansers and hair dryers—so convenient! The cleanliness throughout was top-notch, making it a great environment to relax. However, the lack of breakfast options was a bit disappointing, as it would have been nice to have traditional Japanese dishes available. Additionally, while the staff was friendly and helpful, getting recommendations for breakfast outside the hotel felt limiting.
